Free Lunch for Children is a programme initiated by more than 500 journalists (includingDENG Fei), more than ten Chinese media and China Social Welfare Foundation. It aims at helping students in rural areas who can not afford to have nutritious lunch. At the same time, it encourages more and more enterprises and kind people to donate money in order to improve kitchen conditions in rural schools. This programme is setup to provide pupils in rural schools to have hot lunch for free. Because of some historical reasons, these students are dispersed in areas with poor traffic. As a result, it is not easy to send free lunch to these children.

Miss Chenle Huang is heading the Strategic Development department of the program of Free Lunch for Children. With 4 years experience in journalism (Economics Daily), she started working for the Free Lunch Foundation as a Website Director from July 2011, after being a donator and volunteer for the Foundation
