The Abbott World Marathon Majors is a series consisting of six of the largest and most renowned marathons in the world. The races take place in Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York City. For marathon fans, especially those amateur runners, it is not that easy to get an opportunity of participating a WMM game cause of the high cost and professional entry requirements.

Nowadays, marathon games have been far more than pure athletic events. The London Marathon, which is held every April, has been one of the largest charity events in the world. Nearly 90% of runners this year run for different charity groups.
